• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In original packaging with all protective materials

3. You’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days
4. Ship items to our Albuquerque headquarters with RAN clearly visible

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.4 Exchanges

For exchanges, standard shipping fees apply for the new item(s).
