Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Pulitzerly piece as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging with all protective materials
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hats, jewelry, and undergarments unless they are faulty. These items are considered final sale.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Contact our Style Advisors within 15 days at [email protected] using the template below
- You’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days
- Package your return securely in original packaging with RAN clearly visible
- Ship your return to our Albuquerque headquarters using a trackable method
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
- For exchanges, standard shipping fees will apply for the new item(s)
Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
