We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handbags, jewelry, clothing, and accessories. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In the original packaging with all protective materials
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hats, jewelry, and undergarments unless they are faulty. These items are considered final sale.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our Style Advisors within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request using the template below.
- You’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your return securely in the original packaging, including the RAN clearly visible on the outside.
- Ship your return to our Albuquerque headquarters using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
For exchanges, standard shipping fees will apply for the new item(s) sent to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item or incorrect product. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
